Make prospective buyers ask, "What do I have to do to live here?"

HOME STAGING

When preparing your house for sale it's important to realize that a prospective buyer is looking at it as their new home.

Preparing the house to make the right first impression to buyers is important. What they see when they walk in the front door must quickly evoke the response "What do I have to do to live here?"

Home stagers work with you and your Realtor to evoke that response from prospective buyers.

Beryn Hammil has been recognized as one of the leading Stagers in the Bay Area and has written several articles for the San Francisco Chronicle's "Home & Garden" section on the benefits and value of Home Staging. As well, Beryn has been featured in "Unique Homes" magazine and on HGTV's show "Curb Appeal" discussing how to make your home more appealing to prospective buyers.

Having said that, Beryn is no longer actively staging homes, but can refer you to many capable, talented stagers if you are interested.
